Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of gas chromatography and other techniques to assist in other areas of the instrumentation department
Perform gas chromatography analysis on routine samples using appropriate methods
Maintain analytical and quality records for accreditation/certification
Participate in proficiency testing
Perform routine diagnosis, troubleshooting and maintenance of gas chromatography equipment
Communicate effectively with various departments
Qualifications
BS degree required
Minimum 2 years experience with gas chromatography
Strong relevant quantitative skills
Effective communication, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Salary
Commensurate with experience
