Student Assistant / Legal Intern

Individual will assist in providing professional support to the Office of the Executive. Duties include, but are not limited to:
o Format, draft and proofread legal documents. o Conduct legal research. o Assist in drafting Executive Administrative hearing decisions. o Provide assistance to others by performing various legal and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
mailing, scanning, faxing, filing and copying. Assist with the creation, documentation and implementation of procedures and filing systems. o Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Will receive confidentiality training as part of internship. o Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range:
From $20.67 to $20.67 Hourly

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
