We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Helpdesk technician with outstanding troubleshooting and communication skills to provide hardware and software end-user support.
Individuals should have strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide remote and on-site end-user technical supportUpgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and softwareProductivity application support (Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, OneDrive)Provision and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhones and iPads)Maintain Printers, Scanners, and Multifunction devicesMaintain and troubleshoot VPN and Remote Access connectivityOnboard and Offboard personnel as neededCreate, update, and maintain support documentation, tickets, and proceduresSupport in the provisioning of new branch officesOccasional travel to remote officesRecommended Skills:
Microsoft Windows 10 and 11Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IPMicrosoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM)Microsoft 365, Azure ADSolid troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMust have a car and a valid driver's licenseRequired
