Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately - Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Qualifications:
-MUST BE WILLING TO SHOW UP FOR WORK - MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION - Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tables simultaneously - Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order-taking and delivery - Ability to work well within a team Join our team today as a Server and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
