(Morning's MWF 9 or 930 to 130 or 230 other days may be available as experience grows).
Experience as a medical or chiropractic receptionist is beneficial but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Enter new patient information into our database.
Answer the phone and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Organize and maintain patient files.
Schedule appointments.
Check forms for completeness and maintain an organized desk.
Help patients with questions about their care.
Prepare treatment rooms and help with patient flow.
